RicoSystems Analytics collects anonymous website usage data on behalf of our clients. We do not use cookies for tracking. Our analytics script generates a cookieless visitor fingerprint based on non-identifying browser characteristics.
Data collected through our tracking script is used solely to provide analytics insights to our clients. This includes pageviews, click tracking, scroll depth, device type, browser, and referrer information.
Analytics data is retained for the duration of the client's subscription and may be deleted upon request.
We use Supabase for data storage and Stripe for payment processing. Each has their own privacy policies governing their services.
